Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef tenderloin
- 8 oz. white mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 1/4 c. scallion, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tabs butter
- 2 tsps all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp bouquet garni
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package (17 1/4 oz) frozen rolled puff pastry sheets, defrosted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tab water
